Shipping & Returns

Dispatch

• Free shipping within the Netherlands and the rest of Europe on all orders.
• Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
• We ship with reliable partners such as PostNL, DHL and DPD , so your order is delivered quickly and safely.
• The delivery time is usually:
• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Europe: 2–5 working days (depending on destination country)

Returns

• You have a 14-day reflection period to return your order (in part).
• Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Return costs are at your own expense, unless it concerns an incorrect delivery or a defective product.
• After receiving your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days .

How do you return a product?

1. Send an email to hello@medteam.nl with your order number and the reason for return.
2. You will receive the return instructions from us.
3. Pack the product securely and return it to the specified address.
