1. How do I place an order?
Add products to your shopping cart and complete your order easily through our secure checkout.

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Klarna, credit card and other secure payment methods.
3. How do I know if my order was successful?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Didn't receive an email? Check your spam folder or contact us at hello@medteam.nl.
4. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
5. Which shipping services do you use?
Orders are shipped with PostNL, DHL, or DPD. Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
6. What is the delivery time?
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 2–5 working days (depending on destination country)
7. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days, provided it's unworn and in its original packaging. See our returns page for instructions.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us at hello@medteam.nl to change or cancel your order.
9. Do I have a warranty on my product?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our products.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or custom modifications is not covered. If you have any problems, please contact us at hello@medteam.nl so we can find a solution together.
